The same quality that led to success back in 1983 is still used today. From the many suppliers available, only those who meet the precise Honey-Bee Ham standards are chosen. The hams are carefully cured and fully trimmed to become a Honey-Bee Ham select. Then the real process begins – A hickory smoke process for over 30 hours with temperature control for complete and thorough baking. Once chilled the Honey-Bee Hams are then spiral sliced.  This unique method continuously slices the ham uniformly around the bone leaving preparation and serving a pleasure for our customers.

The final touch and part of our signature trademark is our own honey glaze, once again, only using the finest of pure ingredients and pure honey of course. That is the only part of the secret we can tell you, the rest is in the taste which is part of our identity. Our customers will tell you it has been a true taste of tradition since 1983.
