1 Honey-Bee Ham bone
1 lb Yellow Split Peas
4 Quarts Water
3 - 4 Potatoes (diced)
4 Celery Stalks (chopped)
1 Medium Onion (diced)
In a 6 quart pot, combine all
ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer 1-1 1/2
hours or until peas are soft, stirring occasionally to avoid
sticking. Season to taste.
